Entry requirements
Undergraduate
- Computing, Business, Psychology, Design: American/Canadian 70%, IB 24 points, UAE Elite/Advanced 70%
- Engineering: American/Canadian 80% plus SAT Math 450, IB 28 points, UAE Elite 75% / Advanced 80%
- British curriculum: 5 IGCSEs at grade C or above plus A Level / AS Level subjects
- Two intakes a year: September and January
Postgraduate
- A bachelor's degree with about a B average (GPA 3.0 out of 4.0)
- Slightly lower grades may receive conditional admission
- Early admission for September closes on 15 January
English language
- IELTS Academic 6.5 overall for full admission (TOEFL iBT 79, EmSAT English 1550)
- Conditional admission is possible with IELTS 5.0–6.0 (undergraduate)

About RIT Dubai
RIT Dubai is the Dubai campus of the Rochester Institute of Technology in New York, USA. It was established in 2008 as a not-for-profit global campus, and students earn an American degree.
The campus is in Dubai Silicon Oasis, a technology and innovation district. RIT Dubai focuses on engineering, computing and cybersecurity, business, psychology and design, with a strong emphasis on hands-on, experiential learning and cooperative education (paid work placements) with companies.
It suits students who want a US-style degree with practical, technology-focused learning, and who would value automatic academic scholarships based on their school grades.
